Article L121-20
Modified by Law no. 2005-841 of July 26, 2005 - Art. 3 JORF July 27, 2005
The consumer has a period of seven (7) clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify their decision or pay any penalties, apart from potential return shipping costs. The consumer may waive this period if they cannot travel and simultaneously require immediate service essential to their living conditions. In such cases, they still retain their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.
This seven-day period starts from the date of receipt of goods or the acceptance of the service offer.
If the information required under Article L.121-19 has not been provided, the withdrawal period is extended to three months. However, if this information is provided within three months after the goods have been received or the offer accepted, the regular seven-day period will apply.
If the seven-day deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of seven (7) days to return your items without having to justify your decision. You simply need to return the purchased product(s) or send a return request within 7 days of receiving the package.
Our customer service team will consider any request made via our contact form, fax, or letter if necessary.
